Bluey

Shortly after transitioning from my freelancing position, I was chosen to take on the role of brand ownership for the newly acquired license of the highly popular show Bluey. Throughout my tenure, I maintained full responsibility for overseeing the execution of packaging artwork for over 150 conceptual items. As a result, more than 30 of these items have successfully reached production and are now available in markets worldwide.

In addition to my packaging design responsibilities, I also played a key role in producing digital marketing collateral and signage specifically tailored to the Bluey brand. This involved close collaboration with project managers, product designers, component artists, the licensor, and management. Together, we conceptualized, developed, gained approval for, and ensured the production of these and all other Bluey artwork produced by the company. The brand has successfully placed across all channels of distribution, from value channels to specialty book chains; from mass market retailers to diverse e-commerce platforms.

My involvement spanned various stages of the creative process, including ideation, development, approval, and final production. Working closely with cross-functional teams and overseas partners, I navigated the intricacies of the brand and licensing requirements and maintained consistent communication to deliver artwork that captured the essence of the Bluey brand.
